Fucking disgusting and pathetic. Ukrainian women and children are raped by russian beasts in Ukraine (google Bucha for example). The ones that were lucky enough to escape this hell have to deal with this bullshit. Entitled horny men use someone's suffering and problems as a pathway to free sex. I am so done with men and I wish I wasn't straight because WTF.

I would not be surprised if refugees of other nationalities also face similar exploitation. We likely hear less of it because they often do not receive the same amount of coverage in the media (see CBS’s Charlie D’Agata’s “relatively civilised, relatively European” comment, and BBC not challenging the implications of a Ukrainian former deputy prosecutor general’s “it’s very emotional for me because I see European people with blue eyes and blond hair… being k*lled everyday” comment).

This is so terrible, I have no words for it. at my city’s central train station there are huge signs warning Ukrainian women and children from men offering accommodation. Also there was a sex work positive organization advertising on Instagram Ukrainian refugees on how to start sex work in Germany since it’s legal here. I’m really at loss for words.

I’m from the UK and although there are other countries way worse to be a woman, It just goes to show that no matter where you are in the world, there are men ready to exploit and rape women. Any and every country in the world in any given opportunity.
