Would the right to a paper abortion reduce female sexual abuse?

I still lean mostly against the right to a paper abortion for reasons that I'll list further below, but one thought makes me wonder whether it could have some legitimate advantages too.

Could the right to a paper abortion help to reduce that rate? For example, if a woman tries to coerce a man into sex, he could ask something like: 'If you get pregnant, don't you worry that I could file for a paper abortion?'

Even if he's unconscious or too shocked to speak as she physically forces herself onto him, she must consider his right to a paper abortion before she decides to assault him.

Now I do have some concerns about it though:

1. A woman probably usually sexually assaults a man for sexual gratification with no intention of delivering the child that might result from it, so I doubt that a right to a paper abortion would change the rate of female sexual abuse of boys and men by much.

2. A right to a paper abortion could potentially increase the male rape of women far more than it would lower the rate of female sexual abuse, so the overall rate of sexual abuse could increase.

3. While we could have caveats that the man must prove that he did not consent in order to obtain a paper abortion, given how difficult that would be to prove, rarely would a male victim have the ability to exercise that right.

4. Even when a woman does force the man into sex, he might still want to fight for custody of his child. A right to a paper abortion could strengthen the already-present legal bias that the mother should enjoy exclusive parental rights by default.

5. A fre3ly consenting man could too easily avoid responsibility through a paper abortion, leaving it to the taxpayer to take his place.

So I can see both pros and cons to it. I suppose some kind of strictly regulated right to a paper abortion with conditions to address the above concerns might be more appealing.

Though I lean pro-choice on a woman's right to abortion, I think cutting all state funding for any abortion that no physician has deemed medically necessary could deter female sexual abuse of boys and men too. That might also reduce male sexual aggression against women too if the man knows he might need to pay for the women's abortion.

Anyway, I think the right to a paper abortion is a flawed idea at least in its present form,but maybe with some advantages in some modified form.
