"#MeToo is over if we don’t listen to ‘imperfect victims’ like Amber Heard"; Gross article denies Men can be victims of abuse & encourages people to never believe Men. Individuals such as this are why so many Men feel uncomfortable about opening up or seeking support.

"A man whose partner used a broken dinner plate to kill him had "stayed silent" about the abuse he faced, according to his friends. The friends set up the Paul Lavelle Foundation, encouraging more men to speak out about their experiences of domestic abuse."

If it takes this much pain & suffering for someone as wealthy/famous as Johnny Depp to get justice, imagine the amount of struggling the average man goes through in a False Accusation

I rate mine 2 out of 10

The people with the worst mental health through clinical measures like suicide rates are the most likely to rate how they feel as “ok” and those who are the best in clinical measures are most likely to rate how they feel as being horrible.

This shows that people with the worst mental health (Men) usually can’t articulate their feelings.

To many pressures and expectations on men from society. Fighting hangovers from days gone and leftist feminism from today.

I wake up each morning not sure if I'm glad to be alive or horrified I have to face another day.

I don't class this as clinical though, just the inevitable impact of a society and culture that values things and charts of data over hearts and minds

4/10, easy. No one gives a fuck for what we go through. But we do it anyways.

I'm 0.6 out of 10... And it's a good day....

From 1.5 to 6 sometimes.

Don't want to be functionally part of this society but desire to destroy It.

Reject male's role

The worst thing is that at the core, I am just so fucking tired. Exhaustion really adds up over time.

Women - they make the highs higher, and the lows much more frequent.

Just three? When I was going through my divorce and having my kids ripped out of my life it was seven days. You lose your friends (95% if the time you’re the bad guy as the male. There’s no support for you. This includes you married male friends, three gone). Money being thrown into the toilet with lawyer fees, stress, having to appear in front of court, ex wife playing documentation games trying to find anything that would stick to paint me as a bad parent and not around. Keep in mind she travelled for work a lot more than I did (and still does) and during those times I was the sole parent for a week or ten days at a time. None of that mattered - I still had to fight to see my kids.

My mental health suffered, I was put on drugs that made me get ED, then when I complained about it they were like…that’s not important. Yea…yes it is.

Best thing I did was stop taking the medications even though you’re not supposed to and finding hobbies and passions I used to do.

I still fight the mental health thing but it’s not nearly as often as it used to be. As for marriage and anything long term? Never again I’m much better off being single and doing my own thing with myself and kids than putting any stressors in my life.

Tbh mines like a solid 9/10 Don’t get me wrong, this is a huge problem societally, but I feel like a lot of the people here take things too personally.

For instance, people here care too much about height. Like, let’s be real, whatever the fuck Insertbitchyname7929 on twitter says about short men shouldn’t really affect you.

I’m like 5’7”, Indian(ethnically), and pretty single. If we went by what this sub takes that to be, I’d be at like a -3/10 lmao.

Point is, people irl are way nicer and being around good people increases your self esteem, self respect, mutual respect, and thus overall mental health :)

Mental health at 60% and only 43% of the time feeling bad, seems like he's doing pretty good.

Mines are 1 out of 10. I don't want to live in my family anymore. I have to change my legal name to get off my family tree.
