I think that women have the right to only have female roommates. As long as a whole property isn't female only, as in they don't reject males for being males even in open suites, then it's fine.

It depends on how that's done. If a woman wants to enter a shared living space with a group of guys, and the guys don't consent to having a member of the opposite gender, then there would be no issue.
