I posted this a few months ago

-I have made multiple attempts to contact the landlord including certified mail returned to me. His daughter (the property manager) is also unresponsive. I have validated his current address with the county assessor's office.

-Former roommate is my ex-wife who has asked me not to contact her. Not sure if she is still at this address

What can I do next? I don't want this to come up and bite me in the ass down the line if there is damage to the property and the lease is still in my name.

Best case scenario I would like to recover some of my deposit, which might be wishful thinking but really want to be sure I'm off the lease.
