I've found that some posters in the men's-rights sub come across as so cartoonishly misandrist that I must question whether they're feminists posing as MRAs to discredit the movement.
I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I'll generally presume that the poster I'm interacting with is a misogynistic MRA who might need some education on how most MRAs do not condone misogyny.
Of course another possibility (and I might be guilty of it myself sometimes) is to use sarcasm (like saying that yes of course I want to oppress all women).
Unfortunately though, I sometimes struggle to distinguish.
For now, I'll continue to presume that such posters are just ignorant MRAs, but how do you address the situation when you start to suspect it's a feminist posting as a cartoonishly misogynistic MRA?
