Dead guy acted like an idiot during his last moments for sure. But his rage is a whole lot more justified when you read the backstory. Guy wanted to see his kids. Repeatedly got jerked around. Cunt ex-wife wielded her power as a judge to fuck him extra hard. Tough guy new boyfriend/husband did nothing but wind this dude up, then kill him when he got justifiably angry.

Dude paid for his anger with his life. And while the shooter might not 100% deserve a murder charge, the extenuating circumstances here definitely warrant some charges for both the shooter and the ex-wife

Pride gets people killed. As soon as that gun came out he should've left and had it sorted through the police. This is Texas. Somebody tells you to leave their property you better damn well do it. Too many people believe that's all it takes to legally gun a trespasser down. Swallow your pride and leave before you discover how educated the gun owner is. Personally I see this as a fuck around and find out. Don't think the gunman is right, but the dude who got ventilated should've left when he was told to.

IMO it would have been murder, until he got up in the guys face and then tried to take the gun, then he got what he deserved.

People need to learn some respect,.... respect for others, respect for weapons, respect for personal property and how to be polite and civil. I not saying I want more people killed but there is just no reason to behave like that.

PS: why is this in men's rights?
