It's happened to a lot of guys. Get a new friend group and work on martial arts, so you're no an easy target for anyone. College will bring new friends. If you had any evidence you could try suing her. If she made an accusation, you probably don't, though. If you would have streamed it, you'd have some evidence. I'm starting to think guys need to record every time they have sex and keep it for a couple years, in case of an allegation. It's the only protection. There needs to be a law that protects men from any penalty for recording it. I don't see any other way to avoid an allegation.

This needs to be posted in legal advice. The mom provided them with alcohol to start off. The kids he goes to school will grow up along with him, they will get on social media and possibly spread this.

What is he supposed to do? Run and hide? The world is smaller than ever now that we have the internet.

People are willing to forgive and forget cringe phases and mistakes from high school, but not something like this.

His life barely started and they're already desteoying his reputation.

This needs to get corrected any way possible. Maybe I'm naive, but there has to be a way!

No matter how many people say that you shouldn't be taught how to not get raped, and instead, the rapist should be taught not to rape, realize that they KNOW but they're still going to do it, if that's what they want. Instead, protect yourselves. Do not be dumb enough to drink near people you wouldn't trust with your life. And those people should be willing to drag you home and stay sober to protect you. Many times, it's your friends who ruin you.

Boys, everyone wants to drink and have sex, but especially right now, in this point in history, is it really worth the trouble of sleeping with someone without being extremely careful? Everyone under 18 is legally a kid, what can you do if they spread false information about you?

Feminists are just ruining it for themselves. It's amazing to take advantage of now, ruin the life of a person you hate + get all the attention of being a (fake) victim.

But what's gonna happen when sexual assault cases become stricter to investigate and punish, and many cases get overturned simply because there isn't an overwhelming amount of evidence. Real victims of rape won't find the peace and comfort, justice won't be brought, and sex offenders will be able to roam the streets more freely.

Good job feminism! Becoming your own worst enemy!

Uno im in my mid twenties, and im that friend thats always been perpetually single and sometimes i think to myself, it would be really nice to meet a cool girl that id be able to get along with, maybe share some common interests, start a relationship with where we'd both grow and be connected with eachother intimatly and mentally and emotionally, my friends have girlfriends and seem to be happy, like they have someone who i guess is there for them and i guess it must help them feel a little less lonely... to have something with someone that feels real..

But then i come on reddit and see posts like this and some of the comments left by those who are obviously women and watch podcasts online with groups of women in my age range and it dawns on me just the type of hell that i am asking to have reign down over me, as if life aint hard enough... and i get to a point where im so thankful that im practically invisible to women and girls that i wouldn't ever get accused of shit, id never get turned into a social pariah and plus (this is the really scary part) i dont think ive ever met a female that i'd ever really feel comfortable engaging in any type of close emotionally vulnerable/ intimate relationship with IRL, they're all fucking psycho and gross, even the ones my guy friends regard as hot or sexually attractive, like the lights are on but no ones home kinda deal, they've all fucked themselves up with drugs and can't hold a coherent conversation about anything of any substance with a major cognitive dissonance in thought process and it seriously worries me that I'M NOT attracted to them cause i feel like i should be since what else is there if u wanna date at my age ??.... i feel ab-normal cause tits and ass aint enough to get passed the shit you have to overlook from what its all attached to.

So gonna start off by saying this is terrible, should never happen and I feel awful for that poor boy. False rape accusations are disgusting and we should fight to prevent them.

But...is this your proof of phantom rape? Because it doesn't even fit into your personal description of it. I'm just confused. If phantom rape is just false accusations why do u have to give it a different name?
