I've read a lot of story about sexual assault from women and creepy men's, and I lurked in my life for a moment where it could be one? IDK

So I was in a night club a year ago, and this is not the place I'm used to be in, I just wanted to try it once with a bunch of friends.

Around the middle of the event, I sat down with my friends in a long sofa kind of thing, next to a group of girls.

The one next to me was quite drunk, and without saying even a word helped herself to sleep on my shoulder, then my legs.

I didn't felt like pushing her away since friends of mine and friend of hers were watching and I didn't want to look rude.

To be honest, I felt quite concerned to allow someone to do this to me because I'm on a relationship. But since it is praised when a man have this "attention", I honestly haven't felt assaulted or anything like that.

But if I just swap the genders in that same scenario, suddenly the situation becomes super wrong and the praise I receive doesn't sound okay at all. It would even count as a sexual assault I suppose.

I feel like on these kind of situations, it's really hard for mens to know if they are being assaulted because we should be grateful for the attention or something.

I wonder if you had similar experiences, and if that would actually count as an assault, or even a sexual assault.
