In the grand scheme of things , sex is in the foundation of the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.

He uses the terms "physiological", "safety", "belongingness" and "love", "esteem", "self-actualization", and "self-transcendence" to describe the pattern that human motivations generally move through.

And sex lies right in physiological.

It's super fulfilling. It's awesome. I'd do it almost all the time if able. But you have to do other things too. We just can't answer that for you. It's your life, you can't just copy/paste it from someone else.
