Young man, are you working on self improvement and finding a strong social network of peers? Are you surrounding yourself with men who want the best for you? Are you checking in with a therapist now and again? Are you hitting the gym a few times per week? Are you limiting time on social media and getting some sunshine and exercise? Are you getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night?

Life is not so bad. Yes, it's very unfair towards men versus women - anyone in this sub can agree - but you are putting that inequity under a microscope and making it your whole life.

We still live in amazing times. Work hard and focus on self improvement. Life will still be unfair to you as it was me but I have a great job, some cool friends and a few enjoyable hobbies.

Now turn off Reddit and go make some friends in real life. You are going to make yourself crazy.

If this is related to Ukraine.

Is there any way you can smuggle your way out of area you're in? I won't suggest anything as delusional as surrendering to Russia or the sorts, but there has to be channels that you can access on your end, that discusses methods of illegally (because men wanting to live is illegal) escaping the warzone.

Realistically looking at it, i doubt Russians would care too much about the communications of Ukrainians looking to flee the war zones, so at the very least they wouldn't be targeting discussed routes to get out of their way of violence. But that's just my conjecture. I would be cautious if it's Ukrainian bait to lure out treason though, but again that's just my conjecture.

Sorry i couldn't provide you more solid advice.

Focus on yourself and your life and on making the best of your life.

Look at others for inspiration on what you can do with your life to improve it. Look to real people, not celebrities, influencers etc... You should be looking at what they're doing, not listening to what they're telling you.

Stay off media that seems to tell you that you're doomed and screwed (such as /r/mensrights). Contributing to the betterment of society is a luxury, if you can't afford it right now, let other people take care of it. You need to take care of yourself and what you can do for yourself with society as it is.

Speaking of society as it is. It's really not as bad as it can sometimes appear. Deal with the realities of your environment (not abstract stuff you see online or things happening halfway across the world) and keep to realistic expectation (don't try to win the lottery) while always trying to improve your situation. You're not trying to get Elon Musk's life. You're trying to make your life next year better than your life last year.

The instinct to feel dejected and unproductive makes sense in a small tribe. It is completely counterproductive in societies with millions to hundreds of millions of people in it.

First of all, take care of yourself. Remove all bad physical habits that might cause depression. Go outside. Enjoy sunlight. Go to a park or woods and spend some time in nature. Talk to some real people if you can. If you have any pets spend some time with them. Do some physical exercise and activity. Enjoy some music or any other hobbies.

You are starting to see things as they really are. It's kind of like going through the initial stages of being red pilled. Most available red pill knowledge on the internet applies to men trying to get laid, but it can apply to how men are treated in society as well. It's like the grief after someone close to you passes away, because your model of the world, as you know it, is being changed. Roughly speaking, the stages are:

1- redpill discovery

2- redpill rage

3- redpill acknowledgement

4- redpill application

5- redpill results

You are going through the discovery/rage phases, and it's a shock. You have to get thorough the initial depression safely. Take care of yourself, use all the resources available to you.

Then, later, you have to accept the truth and the state of things in the world. Then identify what you can change, and what you cannot. Focus on what you can change.

It's going to be a long fight. Don't give up. We need you. Other men like you need you.
