I'm FTM and don't tell anyone exept for sexual partners. A big reason for this is so that crazies like this can't accuse me. I read a story once of a FTM guy who was accused of rape and he only got out of it because he proved his trans status therfore it was impossible that he penetrated her as she claimed

This is a great point and I am glad that this sub also advocates for those who have transitioned from ftm. The reason women who make false allegations of rape, DV etc is because it works and if it doesn't the consequences are miniscule.

Something similar happened to me and I’m FtM. I’ve have multiple women be obsessed with me and when I didn’t reciprocate or told them no, they falsely accused me of abuse and even pretended that we were dating. I now have PTSD, agoraphobia, social anxiety, moved towns and don’t go outside or socialize anymore.

That doesn't sound like title IX.

If the college was behind this they'd just expel him. A restraining order is something a court issues. Women can get them pretty easily on a temporary basis just by claiming they are afraid. The victim of the order often isn't even informed there's a hearing and so has no opportunity to defend themselves in court.

hold it - wait - so you have a ftm - (i'm old, so please forgive me if i sound dumb & possible politically incorrect) - how does a ftm "rape"? was he fully transitioned? even into bottom surgery? but you are talking college kids - so how does title 9 (discrimination on basis of sex/orientation/identity in an educational facility) protect the accuser?

sorry - but something is fagazzie about this story - either OP doesn't know all the facts or something cause it would seem that the accuser would have to supply something other than her word. otherwise it really really is quite unjust.
