The courts will probably ignore that she took the kids and use the fact that the dad is no longer living with the children as leverage against him.

After reading both threads there is definitely more to that story. She was either looking for a reason to leave the husband or she left out a lot of details. It also reads as someone who has invested into the child's issues for their own personal gain. As in the attention from the community for being the heroic mom helping their kid transition etc. Sadly I have seen that pattern over and over again within the trans and gay community. The lengths these parents are willing to go through and mess their kids up to be the cool mom and get that social credit is sick. It reminds me of munchausen by proxy.

In some similar cases I've heard recently he is lucky to get supervised visitation to make sure he doesn't say anything homophobic to the children. Even though he never has. He just wants his family treated with respect.

He's lucky to be done with his soon to be ex. He should make it clear to the court he supports his child transitioning if he wants to see them. The courts are being run by progressives.

I'm already imagining the aftermath when the trend of "gender non-conformity" passes. There will be hundreds of thousands of mutilated children and young adults when all is said and done.
