- TOTAL sentence was four years and nine months.
- Non-Parole 2yrs 5mths
- eligible for parole on October 31st, 2023
She'll easily get parole so 2yrs 5mths was her jail time.

I can’t tell you how many articles I read where it will say the exact same shit. “Teacher has intimate relationship with student” - “teacher falls prey to herself and has connections with student” don’t forget, if it were a male perpetrator they’d just say rape. In many countries such as the uk, the definition of rape involves the penis. Women can be prosecuted for sexual assault by penetration, eg using an implement to penetrate another’s anus or vagina. They cannot be prosecuted for raping a man but they can be prosecuted for sexual assault by penetration against a man. They can also be prosecuted for forcing another into sexual activity without their consent. An example could be mounting a man whilst he’s asleep or making him take viagra to make him hard and giving him other drugs and then forcing penetrative sex upon him. Rape is a power dynamic where men have a physical advantage over women but that’s not to say women have and sadly will sexually assault male victims. We need to use the correct terminology.

The way you people equate a male raping a female to a female "raping" a male is absolute bonkers. The power dynamic, the difference in strength, and not the least the fact that the act of penetration - if done forcefully and without consent - is literally a violation of the female body unlike any other thing. The trauma experienced is not even close. I'm pretty sure most minor males would not feel traumatised by having intercourse with their teachers...I mean you're all bullshitting me if you didn't want to do it with your teachers in the 8th grade. I'm not saying it's moral (I believe all sex outside of marriage is immoral), but trauma wise it's not even close.

The only way a woman can rape a man is by, well, hurting his backside, so to speak.

Wait, I would like to get disgusted by this obvious rapist, but I just couldn’t get passed the fact that Australia still has teachers who actually SPECIALIZE in teaching Geography??!!!! There is still a place on Earth that teaches Geography as a regular subject. Damn.
