I don't think that masturbation lowers testosterone much, if at all, when done a reasonable amount of times a day- probably once or twice. I don't know if there's any studies on this sort of thing, but I'd consider more than 4-6 times a day a pathological/compulsive level of masturbation and I don't understand how you'd even have time for this. You should have a full blood panel done with hormone levels as well, most insurance will cover this, if you don't have insurance then you need testosterone, free test, and estrogen levels tested at least bc of the gynocomastia- these three tests shouldn't cost much.

Nope, it doesn't lower T, if you have gynecomastia that's not your issue. Some guys hit the bad luck with genes, others get it from toying with hormones, but I never heard of it coming from jerking off, nor even from eating crap...

Jerk off as much as you'd like and as often as you'd like, just as long as it doesn't become a compulsion. Lots of guys jerk a lot to ease some angst and it ends up masking some shit, you're anxious and anguishing because there's some shit you need to get done and you're procrastinating.

But the porn is another issue. It provides too much stimulus, sometimes even sex itself can't match it. I've known more than one guy that had issues cumming with chicks because porn kept coming back to their minds during sex. Try using your imagination.

Gynecomastia are a sign of low T, but are not caused by masturbation. Doesn't sound like you have other symptoms of low T though.

There can be several causes for your gynecomastia. Low testosterone level, high testosterone level, high estrogen level, high body fat percentage, and hormonal changes during puberty. Perhaps others exist, but these are the ones I am aware of.

In your case, I highly doubt it is because of the first. Are you overweight? If so, try to lose weight and see if it changes anything. If not, I would definitely consider making an appointment with your doctor and have some blood tests done to examine whether hormonal imbalance is the cause of your gynecomastia, e.g. high testosterone level or high estrogen level. Nevertheless, remember that you are still quite young and your body is going through a lot of hormonal changes. Perhaps you ought to wait 2-3 years to see how it progresses. If it causes you too much mental distress, undergoing surgical removal might be your best option. I went through a surgery at the age of 20 but suffered a lot of distress and low self-esteem and confidence due to it. The surgery was life-changing, to put it mildly.

I used to M with porn everyday, I didnt know at the time but I got very depressed and had insane social anxiety because of it.

Your brain wont find ANYTHING more rewarding than fapping. Socializing feels like a drag/uneeded. Everything feels diminished, it's like you are a step away from reality, or nothing feels as satisfying as fapping. It made me feel weak. I didnt pursue females, cause I could just fap anyway.
