So the police admit they will arrest a man with zero evidence just because a woman says so? And they don't see a problem with this?

One of the men even agreed to have a GPS tracking tag fitted to his ankle which would send an alarm to police if it was destroyed or taken off.

On a number of occasions, data from the tag was analysed and showed he was not in the area when Richardson said the attack had taken place.

This is absurd. You would think the extreme frequency of her reported rapes would tip off the police but nope. The man had to be tagged to prove his innocence On multiple occasions!

And there it is. The entire reason false allegations exist. They literally believe all women. I can't understand why the police are so cucked. Rape and sexual assault have one of the lowest conviction rates due to how difficult it is to prove, but at least women have the power to get whoever they want arrested and suffer the repercussions of being labelled a rapist; all without a shred of evidence. But maybe, if you file more than 60 false rapes, there is a chance you might get arrested yourself.

And yet feminists will tell you false allegations of rape are a small percentage of cases or that they don't even exist.

Only 5 years? She should have gotten the combined sentences of those accusations if the guys had gone to jail.

Remember, when feminists claims that only a small fraction of allegations are false, they are talking about rare instances like this, in which he accuser eventually admits they made the whole thing up. It doesn't count all of the allegations in which the allegation was false, but the police never went to the trouble of running a lengthy sting operation on her, to prove that the men she accused were nowhere near her location.

5 years isn’t enough. These rule should be, a false accuser gets the same amount of time the accused would receive, should they have been convicted.
