I won’t deny that in the past I’ve cheated on partners, but that was primarily because I knew that was too good for them. While some people are would call this behaviour unethical, I would say that it’s unethical to expect men to have someone significantly more attractive than to settle and pretend that looks don’t matter.

This isn’t to say that looks are the be all and end all, they’re not, but men are delusional if they don’t think they’re partner would jump at the chance to have sex with the 6’1” trainer at their gym if they could get away with it. Sure some men use money/career to compensate for the aesthetic short comings, but imho men over estimate how much women care about this.

While a good job can definitely bring a 7 up to an 8, a guy should still weary if he’s dating a 10. Why? Because it’s essentially prostitution with extra steps. Now that women have entered the workforce and can provide for themselves, many of us are free to be significantly more choosy when it comes to picking our partners.

Case in point, when I went on a girls trip to Vegas a couple of years ago I cheated on my partner because I knew I could do better. I figured that there was little to no chance he’d find out since my girlfriends are hella loyal, but even if he did I was prepared to live with the consequences and didn’t care. The only reason why I went out with him in the first place was because he knew I was reeling from a bad breakup and he took advantage by offering to be my emotional support. Under normal circumstances I never would have gone out with him so if he was prepared to be so manipulative, I shouldn’t feel any need to be loyal.

The harsh reality is that men are more disposable than women and a girl can download tinder and find a man within the hour. If men don’t want to be cheated on, they should prove why they’re worth keeping around.
