They will try to shame you. But fuck it, go do what you want to do. There are loads of east and south east Asian women who would gladly commit to men from the west. I remember reading an article years ago about a guy who dated a Japanese woman who was okay with traditional gender roles.

She came from a poor village so when they met she scored a lifestyle upgrade. She stayed home and was amazed at how quickly she could get chores done. She had more free time than before and reckoned Western women must be super happy because they have washing machines and dishwashers to do a lot of the work for them.

He laughed and told her they still complain about chores despite men inventing technology to make them easier. She no longer had to do the washing by hand and she genuinely thought Western women were living in luxury.

I am not saying traditional gender roles are good or bad. But look at the contrast in perceptions about the value a man brought to her life. In the west, women can never have enough. They are never satisfied with what they have.

There are plenty of reasons to avoid some Eastern women because they can be controlling and will expect you to adhere to your gender roles. However, if you are smart about who you date and are okay with certain traditional expectations you will probably find it easier to date in South East Asia than in a western country.

Don't let the "Asian fetish" shaming crowd get to you. They are projecting their own racism onto men. They will gladly shame men for not wanting "real women" all the while ignoring the racist implications of what they are saying. I once asked a woman why she thought Asian women were not real women and she deleted her comments.

It's almost like western women want to back men into a corner where they are just submissive enough to give them what they want but dominant enough to appeal to their sexuality. They want to look left and right at the same time. There is no point trying to please someone like this because she hasn't figured out what she wants. Or rather, they want to have it all without having to compromise while expecting men to make all the compromises for their benefit!

I am not originally from the US, Passport bros have it figured out. American women are... something else compared to most other women of the world.

I can tell you from first hand experience, if you start looking elsewhere, you won't want the average (mode) American woman. Yes, there are plenty of good and awesome women in the US, but they are EXTREMELY hard to find because the bulk of them are taken/gone well before 30 and before 25 in a lot of instances.

IMO passport bros happen because it's a lot of guys who travel out of country and realize just how much the rest of the world's women value men and treat them, actually want them. When you live in a culture where you're always at fault for 100% of everything in dating, then you get a taste of being respected and valued, you don't wanna dick around with trying to find the 1 in 40 women who will do the same here when a significantly more women elsewhere will give you a shot and try to get to know you without a litany of demands.

Dating in the US for men is nearly pure work and has such an amazingly small reward, in much of the world it's a very equal exchange - even while men fill a more traditional role in dating. This is why passport bros are a thing. Your likelihood of a nasty rejection, being treated like 'next in line', or being disrespected are soooo, soooooooo much lower compared to the US on average. It happens, do not get me wrong, but the odds basically flip on their heads.

Men are simply knowing their value, are no longer willing to participate in this skewed and corrupted dating market, and are now voting with our feet to find better options.

Western women are raised being told they deserve everything and are perfect just the way they are. They honestly beleive they are superior and should be catered to because they were born with vaginas. They aren't raised to be loyal, to percivier through hard times, to take vows seriously. Western women see marriage as nothing more than an expensive vanity day in a white dress followed by a tool they can use to rob their husbands in divorce court. Toxic mentality is passed from mother to daughter over and over again. Feminism has told women to prioritize career above all else. Sheryl Sandburg has told a generation of young women to have their fun with the bad boys through their 20s, then find a chump to marry them later. They look down their nose at any task that benefits a man, even if it's a partnership where the men is doing services for the women. Western women are fundamentally selfish and not trustworthy in regards to a serious relationship. Western women also cheat and have affairs in large numbers. A third of paternity tests in America show the presumed father is not the father of a child.

Foreign women are grounded thanks to a family oriented upbringing. They aren't taught from a young age that their shit doesn't stink. Their cultures are supportive of finding a good husband and building a strong family. Traditional women. Things like adultery, promiscuity and divorce are heavily shamed, so those women are less likely to do those things. The foreign women appear to be the superior option in every way.

I am utterly baffled why more guys do not explore international dating. The academic research on the topic is overwhelmingly favorable which is amazing because nearly every single researcher is a woman and they all thought they were going to discover a worldwide criminal conspiracy. Instead, most of them realized that in general international dating works out great for the women and very good for the men.

Today international dating often leads directly to men moving overseas. It is easy. You don't have to lose contact with friends and family. Often you can still work remotely if you so desire, and, most importantly for many guys, it is often much easier to date.

Sometimes it is more important to guys that your money often goes much farther and sometimes guys move because medical care is often far cheaper. For the guys that stay long term it is because it can be a more relaxing alternative to retiring in the US.

I am from a non-western country and my perspective is that feminism isn't the root cause of all of this. Women had their privileges even before feminism existed and they continue to have them. I am from a country that hasn't been infected with feminism yet, but I would say it's as misandristic as any western country, if not worse.

So I think your search for such a place would be very difficult (I obviously can't speak for all countries, only the ones I have lived in). My view on this is that you aren't wrong for looking for women that aren't misandrists and that women who blame you for this are just angry that they can no longer control you. You are definitely not in the wrong here.

I married in the US but can really understand the appeal. From the stories I’ve read, try to stay in her home country if you can. Too many guys bring her back to their western country and she turns into acting like a western feminist eventually. Harder to find a keeper locally, but at least you know she’s been able to resist feminism.

I lived in Thailand for 8 years and taught math and English at a University. I then got in a relationship with a study abroad student from the U.S.. We eventually got married and she convinced me to move to her home country in the U.S.
So, I left a great job and life living in Thailand to be in the U.S. with her and once there she cheated on me. So I filed a divorce and she lied to the lawyers about abuse, and ruined me financially. I treated her like an angel and she was the abusive one. The entire experience really traumatized me, and I truly believe there is something wrong with western women now and I won't take the risk.
It's been 3 years I've been stuck in the U.S. trying to build up my finances in this god forsaken country, and I swear I will never get with a western girl for the rest of my life, especially from the U.S. It was the biggest mistake of my life, and I can't wait to start dating again once I move back to Asia. I guess that makes me a passport bro now for the rest of my life.

Let's stop talking about it. Focus on the journal of travel instead of just women. Learn about the culture and have fun. Plan to explore the land your traveling to and you'll meet the ladies. If us men continue to broadcast our plans women WILL find a way to ruin it. Mine should arrive in February. I've only told 5 people. One has his currently (one I regret because she might try to stop my plans). Keep it to yourself unless you have a travel buddy.
