First off, what is your reasoning for specifically seeking out college aged women? Also, do you understand that there are women of all ages in college? Are you okay with dating a women your age in college, or do they specifically have to be 10 years younger?

Second, while 10 year age gaps exist, they’re not very common and also there is a big difference in age gaps developmentally between a 20 and 30 year old compared to a 30 and 40 year old.

Do you realize that a 20 year old is not far off from a teenager developmentally? You’re a grown ass man. Why do you want to date someone who has more of a teenage mentality compared to someone closer to your own age? What are you going to talk with them about? Their English 101 class? How their parents won’t let them use the car? How her friend Becky is a bitch for some weird immature reason? What prerequisites and extra curricular she needs to do ti apply for grad school? How her teacher is a difficult grader and she did t study enough?

I’m not sure how you’re thinking about this realistically unless you yourself are a college student looking for someone going through a similar experience, in which case, there are plenty of women closer to your age in colleges.

I'm a 30 yo woman in college. Age gaps do exist. Not trying to assume...what are your intentions of dating someone 10 years younger than you? Are you in school yourself? Because if you want to date someone that is a 10 years younger than you you better be prepared for what's coming and I hope you have your own transportation and your own funds to fund their lifestyle because take it from someone who knows someone who is 20 has a different other mindset than the 30-year-old. And my guess is you're not going to find very supportive people in the subreddit because it's giving off creeper vibes. It will be best for you to visit a different subreddit. Quite frankly I think you'll be better off dating somebody who is of your age anyways.

building your social life up from zero
not being super creepy to women
meeting women your own age
Getting out of the redpill/stopping being an ince;

Yes, totally understandable question, it's very different from meeting women in other age brackets. You're going to need a unicycle, an espresso machine, and a very large pet snake. Also, of course, you should familiarize yourself with semaphore and HVAC repair. Once that's squared away you can begin practicing The Ritual, and after a few weeks everything should fall into place very naturally.

There are plenty of woman your age who are attractive and wanted by everyone. There is not a law in the universe that makes 30 year old women unattractive. You could meet a girl whos 20 but a complete asshole narcissist vs a girl whos 30 and treats you like a king.

Most married couples have a 0-3 year age gap. I think if you struggle with dating in general, I'd focus on meeting girls in general.

What's the point of dating someone 21? You could be equally happy dating someone older and it's way more likely to happen.
