So I have stayed childless, the last few years I have started pondering on the issue of children. Now with christmas coming up its more relevant than ever.

Now if someone is financially stable, capable of cutting down on working hours if needed, and ready to sacrifice what thoughts do you have on surrogacy?

On one hand having two great parents is better than having one. Both in terms of having positive influences of either gender and from a safety perspective (sudden heart attack or similar) it is wise to have both parents.

But on the other hand one dedicated parent can work through their disadvantages, and with surrogacy only the most dedicated people can become parents due to the cost.

So, what are your thoughts?
