Even before TRP, I knew only one thing about women: They hate if you pick them up for a "date" and don't have a clue what you're doing with them! So, figure it out, buddy.

Really, you should have cool things that interest you and then bring her along for the ride. Hopefully she likes these things too. Check out a new brewery or coffee shop that you want to try out. Go to a comedy show. Go to a concert. Go for a hike. Go to hot springs.

Really, if you're looking for a girl for a potential LTR (but it sounds like you have a lot to learn before you get to that point), you should be inviting women to the things you like, and if they like those things too, then that's good because you have stuff in common.
