You need to speak with a lawyer as soon as possible and possibly the police if they recommend it. If you leave this thing unchecked then you run the risk of losing your job, being charged for it, or assault/destruction of property due to a group of her friends.

She is not a lawyer. Do not trust her advice on whether or not it counts as defamation.

I would run this by a lawyer. Why they hell would you have to just "deal" with someone assaulting you and then attempting to defame you publicly like this?

To make my day even worse i now had to deal with a psychotic ex boyfriend who is so naive that he truly believed he did nothing wrong.

She doesn't know your from you're. Just saying.

But also if you have a family lawyer you need to contact them immediately. This could get out of hand if you don't. In my experience. Sorry to hear your story man.

Remove the link to her blog right away. This is against reddit rules. It can get you banned. And if we get too many of these it can get the whole subreddit banned too.
