Such a dumb fucking report. You know places that have women politicians are more developed than those that don't. It's well known that less developed areas have more corruption.

Thus, female politicians (disproportionately represented in better places) are being compared to male politicians. No shit they find that women are less corrupt, they don't even know how to conduct a statistical study (when do social scientists ever?).
