I think the greater and sadder question is: What are the chances of a man going to the police about being raped by a woman?

Step 1 is to go to the authorities, but due to embarrassment and social prejudices, men often don't do that.

In many jurisdictions, the charge of "rape" requires the victim to be penetrated, so if she forced him to have vaginal sex it wouldn't count as rape.
