Yes, it's rage-inducing. But the great thing about text messages is that you can pull their transcripts and put them into an affidavit to bring with you to court. A text like that would really sink her credibility in court.

She took my son last week. During the divorce, things bothered me, seeing pictures of her boyfriend holding my son, them going on vacation, her telling me how much my son has bonded with her boyfriend, etc.

Once he was gone though... I've never felt so torn up inside. I've cried more in the last three days than the last two decades.

One way to fight this would be to show whatever proof you have (text messages, maybe even record phone calls, etc) to her friends or even her parents and explain what's going on. Everyone telling her she's being an unreasonable bitch might straighten her out.

She is 100% right. They can lawfully keep your kids away from you unless you pay tens of thousands, sometimes hundred of thousands if she has access to great attorneys to contest it and clog the works with endless motions and assorted paperwork. What they do is chew up billable hours in absolutely every way, shape and form possible. Drain you dry. All because you are now deemed inferior and have no rights unless you give all you got and almost die of emotional distress... then, only then, if you can get through it all and still keep your sanity and physical control of your rage, only then can you see your kids... every other weekend and alternating holidays like a good little slave, because the woman is deemed best for child rearing via Duluth, and since they have no other way to redistribute your wealth while taking a cut, they give invoicing power through primary legal custody to the gender most assured to give absolutely no structure, guidance nor discipline, and the one who will guarantee our prisons will be full of violent offenders and those escaping their environmental upbringing with drugs and alcohol... the one most assuredly will have mental challenges most frequently... the one most assured to give their kids no sense of tradition, heritage and culture from which they came... the one who teaches them the most from simply having the most time exposure to the kids... the ones spoiling our kids and retarding their transition to adulthood, and a whole lot more... I hope he keeps this message, and anything else along this line from her. She is sick and twisted. Also, eventually, the child will see what she has done, and why she did it, and will turn on her--hopefully this will happen sooner rather than later for the sake of the child, and the child leaves the mother on his/her own.
