Whenever I think about such things, I think about classism in the past. The wealthy had the majority of the power and the decision-making clout. They also used and abused those less fortunate or not from "elite families".

Does that still exist today? I'd say in some way it still exists, and so I think things like racism and sexism will take similar paths.

Institutional sexism/racism is a huge problem, especially in the justice system.

But it is a violation of people's intellectual freedom to insist that they not harbor sexist/racist attitudes in their personal lives. That is a HUGE invasion into their privacy.

No, we'll never live in a world where there is no sexism, we might...eventually...live in a world where men are not automatically rapists or pedophiles, but it'll take a lot of hard work. And I hope to hell that we never stop telling women to get back in the kitchen and make me a sammich. The humor is too good to let go.
