I've worked at this job for over a decade, have always put in my best, so I feel even more wronged by this...

I made the mistake of dating a girl from my office for a few months, the breakup wasn't messy, just sad. I soon began dating anothe girl (not from work) and co-worker sends her an email, telling her that I'm psycho and bad news. Of course, I contacted co-worker about this - felt it was totally inappropriate and not something I'd expect from her. No response. I'm even more upset as I start to think about what she might be telling other people in our office about me. So yes, I was persistent in trying to get her talk to me, to clear this up... None of my communication was threatening - just hurt and at times, angry. I felt she turned the workplace toxic.

She made a complaint to HR and I was called in to explain my side on Monday. Since then, I've been shuttled around to various satellite locations of my companies, while she's still sitting pretty in our office. Everyone's wondering where I am, i'm worried about who's doing my work - I look like the bad person here.

Funny thing is, I have no idea what I'm being "charged" with... But it seems like they're taking her side on whatever it is, while pushing me out.
