I recently saw Beyond Gay: The politics of pride

It really highlights the sad state of the status of LGBT people across the world and reminds everyone that pride is still a protest movement even though in some parts of the world it seems just like a party.

While i'm generally pro-gay rights and gay marriage this really is more about the left/liberal side of the west and their false sense of 'moral superiority' towards non-western countries.
