I know many of you gave up on Gawker sites long ago, but I'd held out for Gizmodo and io9. Well, not anymore. If they're going to shoe horn this type of anti-MRA crap into a site like io9, then I'm officially done supporting them.

I'll stop looking down women's shirts when they stop wearing shirts that can't be looked down into. "I want to be sexy but I don't anybody to notice" is a ridiculous sentiment.

That made me laugh. To be honest I don't look down women's shirts, I would find it weird if I caught a fellow male doing it, but it is weird that nearly all womens clothing seems to reveal so much compared to mens clothing, and now more than ever, it just makes no sense unless you come to the conclusion they want you to look. Obviously its not all women, though in my experience the ones most upset about men looking are the ones exposing the most.

Heh, I can think of two examples of consensual tentacle porn, plus there was one involving eels too.

The funny thing is knowing about these was more about morbid curiosity, although one was more of a "surprise here's a tentacled monster but the character goes for it".

Anyhoo, obliterating the concept of language is incredibly stupid and harmful. A large reason humans are so successful as species is the complexity with which we generate and articulate abstractions.
