It is messed up she isn’t doing time for threatening the plaintiff. I rarely expect prosecution for revenge porn, certainly not when a man is the victim, but she got away with trying to mess with the judicial process.

How? I can see violence, insult, destruction of property, etc. as being "emotional and reactive", but sending nudes of a man specifically to his daughter and then threatening to do it again? I just don't see it...

Sexist pigs in the roles of judges and crown prosecutors, promoting unlawful sex crimes by applying sexist outcomes to sentencing. This was a deliberate act to offend and harm, not just the man, but his daughter. Giving this woman a free pass, when she deserved to be punished for her crime like any other sex offender, sends a clear message to men and women. Men: forget any protection under the law, and expect to be dealt with more harshly because of your birth sex. Women: expect to get away with a crime if you smile or cry or just flash some leg at a sexist pig.
