It's obvious people don't care about males quite as much as females, so it should be obvious that the best route to end it should be to throw away MGM and FGM as terms and say CGM, meaning child genital mutilation. We're not going to win more compassion by mentioning how common and ignored circumcision is because there is no compassion to be had for us. We are indeed the disposable gender, we're throwaways and injustice towards us simply isn't seen as negatively as injustice towards females, really mistreatment of men is the norm and even celebrated by feminized society. But children, even if male, are still a little more valued. A grown man is raped by a grown woman and no one bothers to hear about it. But a young boy is raped by a female teacher and everyone will at least hear about it on the news, although it is often in a positive connotation. "Good job getting raped, sonny. Lucky you."

As disgusting as it may be to realize, we can change things more easily by bringing the focus on children in general instead of bringing focus to the large majority of victims of unconsented genital mutilation. Maybe something to consider moving forward.
