I see the US is following western Europe on sentencing. If you can tell a great sob story in court you will be given another chance once all your victim points are counted.

You have cases here in Norway and Sweden where adult men has brutally raped minors and gotten probation because they come from an other culture and does not know any better..

Identity politics is cancer and too few realize that the law is by no means equal for everyone.

Seriously, if you're going to compare two things, at least make it somewhat relevant.

That kid hasn't been sentenced yet, he'll probably get a slap on the wrist if anything. The bottom case has been sentenced, and it's abhorrent that she got 'probation' for murder, but at least compare it to someone else who's been sentenced for something.

Well, according to liberals, toddlers are not humans yet. Several interviews show they believe up to two years old should be allowed for "abortion". Now that they can decide whether or not to murder a baby after it's born, they're well on their way.
