They are still refusing to recognise that the ability of men to pursue sexual fulfilment is fundamentally being held hostage to women's total control over access combined with the freezing effect of entrenched homophobia and the rigid control and minimisation of the availability of prostitution, not to mention the power this gives women to potentially extort what they want from a male partner, given that any unwanted sexual advance is now viewed as at least sexual harassment or even sexual assault or abuse.

The reverse situation does not exist for men, to provide a counterbalance.
