Intellectually it's obvious to most men that women are people/individuals. However, it is not easy to internalize this when looking at an attractive women (who isn't their blood relative). Any cognitive tips for men who want to take the next step to enlightenment but whose gonads get in the way? For example, if I imagine women as MMO game players who are merely "controlling" a female body avatar for the duration of the "game", then I can internalize it. But this gut level understanding doesn't last long, and my mind flips back to seeing attractive women as sex objects.
