I hope I don’t sound sexist but based on my experience SOME women are generally like that. They’ll ignore men who are interested in them in pursuit of someone they want but when things go south they’ll eventually give the men they didn’t want in the first place a chance.

If you punch above your weight, there should be no surprise that you get rejected most of the time. Men are constantly told that they should be more realistic with their physical standards by both men and women, so this concept should not be foreign to women. More likely, women like this simply do not expect this principle to apply to them.

This woman is in a better position than so many men, because she at least has men who are interested in her. There are plenty of men who do not even have any responses from women on dating sites and would gladly be in her position where they at least have women who would be interested. Time is not on her side given that she is 34, so her best chance would be to have a more pragmatic approach. But I will not be holding my breath waiting for that to happen.

But I didn't have to because deep down, I know I'm not hot enough, I'm not attractive enough, I'm not high value enough. I know that all I can get from those guys is a creampie or a facial. Sounds to me like she's finding out first hand that men have figured out the majority of risks with the dating to marriage game, and are avoiding it altogether.
