Just wanted to share this personal story; perhaps it can spark a healthy discussion.

I recently hit it off with an early-20s girl who happens to have a boyfriend. It was clear that she was very attracted to me and that her bf was a security blanket, someone safe and secure who would never leave her. You know, a nice beta.

So we went out for drinks twice, and both times, we wound up all over each other at the bar. I made my intentions clear: I'm attracted to her and I'm interested in dating her, if she leaves her bf.

I was in my natural red pill mode when we hung out: kept a lot of physical contact, made sure she knew I was watching her ass while she walked away, hand up the back of her shirt. This is clearly NOT the type of confident, assertive male attention she gets from her bf.

But, she's also made it clear she wants me to be her orbiter. In essence, she wants to be titillated and turned on by the "dangerous" guy, but she wants the security of going home to her beta, who is safe and devoted.

In my younger days, when I had little value, I've done the orbiter thing. I'd be "her friend" and waste countless nights taking her out for drinks, fawning over her, getting her pussy wet before she goes home to a dick other than mine. Orbiters are porn for weak women.

This time? I walked away. She wants me to orbit, and I made it clear I won't orbit. She knows what I want, and I'm not going to waste my time or energy; I've already moved on to pursuing another girl I like, while also pursuing the cheap fast ones who serve as filler material.

Lesson: never be an orbiter. Orbiters rarely land; you can orbit her all you like, and when she's actually ready for a new dick, the orbiter often isn't the one landing on her surface.
