Most boys who are trafficked are trafficked for labor, and at least in the US are trafficked across the US/Mexico border. Due to a combination of racism and anti-male sexism, these boys are frequently treated as adults, prematurely, and thus nobody gives a shit.

Because there is no money in it. You talk about girls as an NGO and the money comes flooding in, remember the whole "Bring back our Girls campaign" from a few years ago, there were just as many boys killed by Boka Haram but no one batted an eye.

Whenever I discuss it I never being gender into the equation. I watched an interview with Tim Ballard, who has an organization to stop child trafficking. During one operation where 28 children were rescued, he ended up adopting a brother and sister. He had actually been searching for a boy who had been trafficked but never found him.

It's all there but girls get more traction on the media.

There was an article or journal on this sub somewhat recently stating that more boys are trafficked then girls. A surprising statistic that rubs a lot of people the wrong way because it goes against the common perception that they people have even though there is nothing supporting their view.

That's why it's called child trafficking, lol. It's the trafficking of children. I don't know a lot of men trafficking, but it is sure possible and I read a book with it in a premise.
