I've seen this on several hashtags and on packaging of some of the art toys we have in the Arts And Crafts department at the bookstore I work at. It's ridiculous to me, I mean really? What does gender have to do with owning and running a business? I've got no issue with women owning and running any business, but seeing labels and hashtags like "Woman owned" are so unnecessary and it comes off as nothing but more female privilege and chauvinism. I can only imagine the outcry and uproar if "man owned" was used as a hashtag or a packaging label. This kind of nonsense to me is so counterproductive to gender equality and harmony.
