I'll give you guys the short rundown. I am in Texas and married exactly 10 years. No kids. My life has been miserable with her and she always end the fight saying I can never find another woman, that nobody would love me, etc but if I could go ahead and try, please find another woman, and one day after hearing this for 8 years I decided to follow her advice and find another woman and had a child with the new woman i fell in love with. I confessed to my wife and asked for divorce. (That's the background)

I am the breadmaker and she doesn't work. She worked here and there but no real job and she's a high school graduate and her English isn't too good. She became a permanent resident because of me. She always said men should work and not the wives so she always took 8 bucks part time jobs and I did very well in my career and currently make good salary.

Currently we're separated but I pay for all her bills which she uses for shopping, buying phones, ipads, computers, dresses and I pay her rent. I'm fine with that for now. However where we can't seem to agree on is she wants 65-70 percent of our assets. She says if I don't agree, she'll go to court and she'll get 60% for adultery plus spousal support for 5 years since she doesn't have income and it'll end up being more costly for me anyways so just settle for about 67% vs my 33%. Mind you, that 67% leaves her enough to not work for 5 years and live a decent life since she'll be getting it in all cash.

In one way I am sorry to her so I feel like just giving her that much but in some ways I feel like it's too much and i'll take my chances in court? What would you guys do? Just go to court or give in and divorce with a 67% - 33% split.

*pissed off because she said she hopes I get so poor after this my baby starves to death.
