The post in which the author asked MRAs for their opinions.

It's a good article apart from some minor bits that I didn't like.

Paul Elam may have been "the de facto leader of the men's rights movement", but that was years ago and he certainly isn't now.

While the Violence Against Women Act may have been authored by men, it's feminist legislation and is entirely based on feminist principles and supported by the feminist lobby which is one of the most powerful. The men who supported it are mostly feminists. So I would attribute its existence and its sexist nature to feminism.

Traditional male roles are enforced just as much by women as they are by men. Most women, including many feminists, continue to support those roles, particularly the aspects which favour women such as chivalry and protection of women over men.

There's nothing anti-women in articles like “The World’s Most Retarded Feminist: I Have Found Her” and “Why Are Feminist Women So Fucking Pathetic?”. Those are anti-feminist articles. Women are a birth group that includes feminists, non-feminists and anti-feminists. Feminism is an ideology which has both male and female members. The terms "women" and "feminists" refer to two different things.that should not be conflated.

Claims that Milo Yiannopoulos is a "neo-Nazi" are at best dubious slurs made by his enemies. They should not be reported as if they are objectively true. If mentioned at all, they should be balanced by his defence against those claims.

Apart from those few criticisms, I like it. :)

It's far, far better than the great majority of media reports on the men's rights movement, or the conspicuous silence in some MSM that I used to respect

Yeah, I remember the author asking here 'how we feel with women leading the movement'...

That's a point I don't get over:

" "...put their neck on the line and drop their anonymity to voice their concern about men’s issues in public.” That’s probably because the ones that are have given the movement a sour reputation with an undeniably misogynistic bent. "

Compare the 'misogynistic bent' here with the blatant misandry that is totally accepted to voice in mainstream media by wellknown leaders.

She fails to see (or to mention) the elephant. She didn't mention misandry one time in her article.

In total an interesting article with a strong bias but not total bashing... at least.

I would argue that this level of bias is in fact blatantly bashing. If a close friend or someone close to me spoke these words (and truly believed them) to me in the tone in which it was written... dead to me.

For anyone interested, the Honey Badgers have made a 3-part reaction video series to that article. Warning: the videos are LONG!

Ugh. That 'writer' is a pig.
