Muslim and a woman, here in Australia video taping her going on a 5hour monologue about murdering them with her car and then filming her running them over while screaming "This is me intentionally murdering you with my car just like i planned!" probably wouldnt be enough evidence to get her found guilty of murder.

I think essentially, the goal is to keep the matriarchy from attaining the pre agricultural revolution level of power they had. Not her first conviction for violence. Not her last. No doubt, she will get a suspended sentence for mitigating circumstances (female), and serve a community based sentence.

Having got away with violent crime again, she will become a legend amongst her peers and go on to kill or seriously injure more people.

Until sexism in law in Australia, and corruption in the judiciary are seriously addressed, classes of people will continue to have the power of life and death over others without consequence.
