Obviously most women love and support men. They have sons, fathers, and husbands whom they care about. And supporting men's equality is really just the right thing to do to begin with. But I figure it can't hurt to make this argument.
So here are a few reasons why women, and perhaps even feminists, might support the men's rights movement.
Providing better help for men who are homeless, destitute, and incarcerated will mean men have less of an incentive to fight and struggle to make it to the top. This will in turn free up many of these positions, allowing women to occupy them instead (argument for this here). If you want more female CEOs and heads of state, this is how you do it.
Default 50/50 custody of children will allow women to work on their careers more, and free up some of the child rearing responsibilities that usually fall on them.
Fixing our divorce laws will give women more of an incentive to be self-made and independent, which would therefore help to fix the earrings gap.
Encouraging women to pay their fair share for their own costs of living (dates, bills, rent, etc), as well as their half of the child rearing costs, will allow men to work less and spend more time at home. This will in turn allow men to do more of the child care and housework. It will also open up more high paying jobs for women since men won't be fighting as hard to occupy those roles.
Recognizing female perpetrators of sexual assault challenges traditional stereotypes that paint women as one-dimensional and submissive. This will encourage society to recognize female agency, which will ultimately help to empower more women (argument made in this academic paper).
Helping male victims of domestic violence will in turn reduce the number of women who are victims of domestic violence (argument made here and in this academic paper).
I'm sure there are more examples but this is what I could come up with off the top of my head. Many of the issues we talk about go both directions, and it's not always a zero-sum game. Supporting men's rights won't just help men, but will also help women, and society in general.
