I’ve seen Cops claim you are interfering when you are just standing there we can’t make a judgement so decision about someone who probably actually knows the law compared to cops which enforce laws they don’t know bc all it takes is 6 months of academy to go out and enact force upon people. If we made a judgement about someone every time they were arrested but not found guilty yet then we would be living in authoritarian hell. Maybe she is a dumb bitch and actually did interfere but I also just saw a video of a cop tackling an autistic boy and holding him to the ground for NOTHiNG and his superiors saying that they “fell” to the ground and thought the boy was on drugs bc being on drugs means they can tackle whoever they want and that they did nothing wrong. I’m all for girls not getting a pussy pass but I’m also not for law enforcement getting the pass of always being assumed right. Would like to see body cam footage and how this plays out.
