My soon to be ex and I are starting the process of getting a divorce. We've come to an agreement on everything except for custody. I want 50/50 but the only agreement I can come to with her is Sunday through Thursday every other week,she gets parental decision and we revisit at 2 months. Any time I try to talk to her she just threatens me with lawyers which I am trying to avoid as it will be financially devastation for us both and hurt the kids. I'm terrified that I am just making a deal with the devil. And to make it worse her mother has been telling my children that they're going to change their last name. What should I do.
