[NY] How did your ex’s false claims work out in court?

Court didn't care at all. Did not even acknowledge it. This is in in a no fault state.

We are still in the "amicable" phase and she agrees i get primary resident of our 11yo.

But every conversation its "but remember you abused me" or "remember you made me do xyz".

Conversely, when my I mention her drunkenness, dui arrests, or her drunken cop calling "occifer he wont2 gimme da keyz so i can drive", she refuses to acknowledge it.

Not custody but Against several women’s false claims female or male judge saw thru their bullshit.

In cases that I watched in a civil courtroom, there was one case the judge didn’t believe the woman’s bullshit for one second. And I live in a very liberal feminist area.

So yea, judges see right thru liars and have seen every variation play out tens of thousands of times.

So always be completely honest and never ever tell your stories more than their boring plain reality, you WILL be punished if you attempt to spin a story

I'm not exaggerating when I say my ex made completely false or misleading claims 98% of the time through our 10-years in family court. Her and Trump would be best friends.

In every court case the Judge and evaluators saw right through it, and as she continued to get caught in more lies, she became less credible. I simply continued to tell the truth, even if it didn't always paint me in the best picture.

I never lost in court, and I think this is a major reason why.

I want to join the rest of the commenters and say all is going to work out fine, but I want to give you tales from the other side. My X lied her ass off. But she cried on the stand and the judge immediately became a softie, handing her tissues to comfort her and automatically believing everything she said after that under the theory that since he got her to break down and cry she must have been genuine and truthful. It completely worked. He believed every allegation and I lost everything. You live in NY where there is an incredible gender bias. Don’t discount it and don’t assume that the court will see the truth or come to the right conclusion. You have an uphill battle my friend.
