Someone in my family said something she didn't like unbeknownst to me because I wasn't there. Angry email stating of all communications must go through our attorneys. Well at 300 plus an hour this is total bullshit and she's doing this out of spite! When I was served I should have known who her attorney was, her former employer and family friend. STBX wife worked in family law as a legal assistant and now really gets to reap the benefits as this costs her nothing, and me everything. I asked my attorney if we can recover the fees I'm having to incur, especially for things beyond my control. He didnt seem hopeful. I'm terrified of this woman and refuse to be in the same room as her if at all possible. Baffles my mind how someone can be this vindictive.
