I had 9 months of logged shitty behavior toward me and my son, worksheets from u/jalfamais ‘s book “MENy Calculations”, audio and video of her screaming at me, calling me names, using various expletives, a worksheet I designed based on the “Duluth Model” for emotional/psych abuse, and the information that my son has talked to his counselor about her unfair and unhinged behavior toward both of us.

Lawyer is impressed. I think I’m doing an ok job with this, but certainly not looking forward to the hearing.
