Bottom line:

“It is recommended the father have the exclusive right to determine the primary residence of the children with a geographical restriction in place for the children to continue to attend school in the XXXX Independent School District”

There’s more, but that’s the bottom line, I think. She shot her wad and missed. Missed big, actually. Several times. Got fairly well roasted in the eval. Now I go into mediation from a pretty solid position.

Backstory: Temp. hearing last July, moved out a few days later. I asked for and received psych/custody eval, and then later agreed to waive the request to try to mediate quickly. Then she tried for another bite at the apple, exaggerating an incident to try to make me look physically abusive. Two emergency temp. restraining orders filed and shot down. Then the eval started with her still acting like a maniac and trying to throw me under the bus.

Mediation next month. Trial Sept.

Edit: the evaluator recommended her to have 3 weekends/mo. possession.
