So... I have to move out temporarily, and pay the mortgage. But she has to pay all other utilities and expenses at the house. No spousal support. No child support. She wanted all of that. So, win.

Kids 50/50 or basically whatever we can work out between our work, which will mean they’re with me a lot because though I travel for work I work very few days/mo. She’s gonna have to work more (she’s been part time), and the judge wants an update on her situation.

She got caught in a lie on the stand. I played 3 videos of her screaming like a nutcase using filthy language that the kids could hear, and that really effected the judge, she said that behavior was very harmful to the children. Stressed everyone in the court I think.

Judge was subjected to that when she was young. Her financial disclosures were all fucked up, vastly underestimating her income. My lawyer thought it went pretty well. I’m ok. Don’t have a problem with moving out temporarily. I’ll make it fun for the kids.
