I've noticed that the thing about 'hiring more women in STEM' is about exactly that-hiring more women. You will notice that there is much less push to encourage more women to study in University for STEM. The result of that is that the women who have chosen to study STEM are more likely to get the jobs--discrimination against men and discrimination in favor of women.

If feminists were really interested in 'getting more women into STEM' as they specifically state, then they would not put so much emphasis on 'hiring women who have already studied STEM' but instead would put more emphasis on the potential career option in STEM while girls were still in high school. There is a little of that in the high school, but very little.

The only effect of the 'hire women' is to discriminate in favor of women in hiring, while not affecting the numbers of women who may go into STEM.

Why do countries such as India China and Russia ......you know, the ones that have patriarchy on steroids, have way more women working in stem Fields then here or any country in the West? especially when you consider we are constantly told that it is the patriarchy that is holding women down and keeping them out of such jobs.

My personal theory is that it is because they have little or no social safetynet to catch them if they remain single or become widowed or divorced. Here in the west in most countries there is a fairly generous benefits system to compensate, so they feel free to aim lower and have an easier work life balance. Just a theory

Complaining about not enough stem women is absolute hypocrisy because NOTHING keeps them from doing stem studies. I'm preparing for ingenior entry exam and in the study class there are 3 women out of 20 people.

Why can't women do STEM?

Because when women do do science, like in the medical field, that upsets feminists because it disproves their point. So when a woman does science she stops being a scientist and suddenly that thing women do isn't science anymore. That's why.

We need more female scientists, so the solution is to marginalize feminists and drive them out of polite society, back into asylums. Then women can finally be scientists for doing science instead of "WELL THOSE ONES DONT COUNT BECAUSE REASONS.".

If you count medicine, Women do just fine in STEM, equal to men.

So they don't count the women. Typical feminist shenanigans, whatever lies they need to tell to continue expressing their pathology, they'll tell. Society needs to understand these people have an illness, that's all it is. You can't debate them, you can only marginalize them and treat them.

Think about this.

They ignored all the disparity in all the rest of the fields and narrowed it down to STEM in order to continue pretending women are oppressed and have an excuse to vilify men some more.

And even their cherry picked set of subjects?

Needed to be cherry picked further and artificially exclude some science majors for their nonsense to be true.

They're ill.
